Pho Hoan Pasteur is a Vietnamese Fusion Noodle House that started their first location with us at Royal Oak Park, which we previously owned but sold in the summer of 2024. Since then, they’ve grown to four locations in Calgary (and counting) and opened four more in Edmonton, spreading their deep love and passion for Vietnamese food across Alberta. They’ve also grown and evolved another Pho brand, Pho Pham, which has two locations in Calgary.
