We’re thrilled to welcome Royal Loop Vet Clinic and their esteemed team to our newly transformed space on 14th Street SW. Originally a residential property, this building was converted years ago into commercial space for a longstanding financial services business. The interior largely retained its original layout, functioning as office space for many years.

In the summer of 2024, Certus Developments reimagined the property with a vision to enhance both functionality and aesthetic appeal. The front façade was extended several feet forward, increasing the interior square footage, while the roof and masonry were meticulously restored to honour the classic Edwardian charm that defines the beloved character of the Marda Loop community.
As of the time of writing, they’ve been open for a month and have already brought a vibrant energy to the Marda Loop and Bankview area!
