Anita and Tiffany started their journey in 2019 with a pop-up shop in their family diner, John’s Breakfast and Lunch. The pair worked their day jobs and then hustled handcrafted small-batch ice cream in their evenings. A few years later, we were honoured to have their first store open in our Centre 1000 building in 2023. Today they continue to provide Calgarians with top-quality ice cream with delicious flavours inspired by their Chinese/Vietnamese roots.
