All of our projects are productive collaborations with our tenants to help us create the next generation of buildings that meet and exceed the needs of the communities we are proud to be a part of.

Our latest project is the recreation and renovation of the former Associated Chiropractic Clinic. By redesigning the building, and expanding the main and lower level, we are able to serve the neighbourhood of Crescent Heights in new ways. We are excited about the new businesses we will bringing to Centre Street.
