The redesign and renovation of Centre 1000 provides a mixed-use office and retail building to the Crescent community. By modernizing the building exterior and expanding the street-level retail, we extended a vibrant commercial node from the Tigerstedt Block (Centre Street and 8th Avenue) to the beautiful Sorella restaurant by Mercato at the corner of 10th Avenue (Centre Street and 10th Avenue). This redesign that we take pride in has added more small businesses that bring more life to this strip in the Crescent Heights community.
